Community Voice for Change (CVC) is a community-driven initiative of Edge Hopebuilders for Youths and Women Initiative aimed at empowering young people and women to actively participate in local governance and decision-making processes. The project seeks to strengthen civic awareness, promote inclusive leadership, and build the capacity of citizens to engage constructively with local authorities.
Through training sessions, dialogues, and mentorship programs, CVC equips participants with knowledge of governance structures, advocacy skills, and practical tools for influencing policies that affect their communities. The project also creates safe spaces for collaboration between citizens and local government representatives, ensuring that voices from the grassroots are heard and included in governance outcomes.
